Probe

Probe is not only used to collect resources or scout, it's a great tool to disturb your opponent. As a protoss unit, probe has shield, and shield regenerates. Try to take advantage of this to disturb your opponent continuously.

Zealot

Zealot without speed is easy to be taken as a target. If you decide to add zealot to your army, don't forget to upgrade "Charge".
In the battle, make each zealot charge towards different enemy units, and don't let them go too far away from your troop.

Adept

The best unit to scout and raid.
"Psionic Transfer" can take adept to anywhere quickly. When retreating, let the psionic image and the real body walk in differnt directions, that will make it easy to get out.
When raiding, divide your adepts into several teams and psionic transfer between enemy bases repeatedly, that will disrupt your opponent drastically.

Stalker

Stalker's advantage is its high mobility, stalker with "Blink" can chase any unit to death.
It's best to limit the unit count of a stalker team between 6 to 10, too many stalkers will increase the difficulty to blink well.
Don't only add stalkers into your army, they are not good at fighting large-scale frontal battle alone.

Sentry

Sentry is suitable as auxiliary unit, try to make the most of their abilities.
The essence of "Force Field" lies in the divide and conquer of enemy units.
"Guardian Shield" is not effective to ranged damage, don't enable it optionally. Try to spread out the sentries, this will put more unit under the protection of guardian shield.
"Hallucination" consume too much energy, it's most useful to produce copy of phoenix for scouting.

Immortal

Absolutely a ruthless role, its damage power burst, "Barrier" absorbs lots of damage. You must have immortals when big fight comes!
Let the immortals with barrier enabled stand at front, once the barrier disappears, remember to protect the immortals in case they are seckilled by focus attack.

Colossus

Colossus can create damage on multiple units at the same time and its attacking range is far. But both ground and air units can attack colossus, if your opponent creates lots of vikings or corruptors, colossus may be destroyed at the very beginning of a battle. So try to place colossuses in the middle of your troop.

High templar

"Psionic Storm" is high templar's blade. You should create high templars before "Psionic Storm" is upgraded to accumulate energy.
Put high templars into warp prism, because they move slowly.
Once their energy is used up, transform them into archon and let them join the battle immediately. It takes too long to recover energy, it is better to create new ones.

Dark templar

Horrible assassin, late stage disruption is up to him.
Dark templar is cloaked, "Shadow Stride" makes him really untraceable.
It's better to let dark templar fight alone, one dark templar can make a greate panic, acting alone can reduce the cost of failure to retreat.

Archon

Archon has extremely high shield, but extremely low life. He can create great damage but his attacking range is limited. He looks bulky and sometimes impede the movement of other units. In general, archon is suitable for defensive or slow-forwarding tatics.

Disruptor

Destroy a crowd of enemy units by "Purification Nova" is exciting. But if your opponent can spread out units timely, "Purification Nova" will be useless. So the point is to attack by surprise. Get your opponent's attention elsewhere, then release the "Purification Nova" to the place where the enemy units gather together, the result will be amazing!
